With just a microwave and a bit of stirring you can make marshmallow fondant. It tastes yummy and can be used to make food fun and artistic with the kids because you can paint it, build with it, and finally eat it. I reminds me of edible clay. We use it all the time so I thought I would share it with you today. Tomorrow we will be sharing another fun way to use our marshmallow fondant, stay-tuned my friends :).

Microwaveable Marshmallow Fondant Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Cup Marshmallows
Approximately 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 T water
Directions:

1.  Sprinkle the marshmallows with water then microwave them for 1 minute. Add powdered sugar to the marshmallows until it forms a non-sticky dough.  We used a little less then 1 cup of powdered sugar.
2.  Sprinkle powdered sugar on your working area so the marshmallow fondant doesn’t stick. Knead until smooth (the kids love kneading the dough.) then roll it out with a rolling pin and it is ready to use.
